Fonna is one of Europe's foremost summer ski centers. Located 1200 meters above sea level by Jondal in the heart of Hardanger, we offer alpine trails for the whole family, varied freestyle park and cross-country trails on the glacier. From the top of the ski lift, 1470 masl, you have spectacular views of the glacier, the Hardangerfjord and the North Sea. The summer season at Fonna normally lasts from May to September, and we are open daily.
With us you will find the restaurant Fonna1199 with hot and cold dishes, drinks and snacks. The restaurant is located right at the edge of the glacier.

Fonna Glacier Ski Resort has in recent years expanded the number of slopes on the glacier. This means that we now have something that suits all skill levels - whether it is park, alpine or cross-country skiing.
The different colors in the trail map show the difficulty levels.
