The cross-country ski trail is located at the top of the glacier. The terrain that follows behind the top station of the lift is flat and perfect for cross-country skiing. The length of the trail varies from 2 kilometers to 5 kilometers - depending on snow conditions.
With experienced enthusiasts behind the controls, Fonna produces world-class cross-country ski trails for both classic and ice skating. We have our own equipment for optimal tracks and provide basic salting with a hydraulic salt spreader. The trail is prepped and salted in June and July, weather permitting.
