Experience cross-country trails for both classic and world-class skating at Fonna!
The cross-country ski trail is located on Folgefonna, where the terrain behind the top station of the lift is flat and perfect for cross-country skiing. The length of the trail varies from 2km to 5km depending on snow conditions. With experienced pedal machine operators, Fonna produces world-class cross-country ski trails for both classic and skating. We have our own equipment for optimal tracks and we supply basic salting with a hydraulic salt spreader. In addition to top cross-country skiing trails, we have perhaps Norway's most beautiful views - to the Hardangerfjord, Rosendalsalpene, South Fonna and the North Sea.
