Jondal - a gem in the heart of Hardanger
Jondal is an idyllic village located on the west side of Folgefonna, close to the Hardangerfjord. The village, with its unique unique location between glaciers and fjords, has one of the few roads in Europe where you can drive right up to a glacier.
The village has a good service selection with, among other things, two grocery stores, restaurants, a football and volleyball court, a petrol station and a marina.

Jondal has a good selection of shops and service functions. SPAR Jondal is centrally located right by the ferry quay. Here are good prices on most things the skier needs for long days on the slopes.
Try Jondalspizza in the fresh food department! SPAR also has pharmacy goods, as well as fuel for cars and boats.
You will also find Coop Prix and Byggmix down in the center of Jondal, close to Juklafjord.
